With a 20gram portafilter extract 4oz. of espresso coffee (brew time 30-34 seconds).Add sugar (a lot! 6-8 teaspoons)mix with spoon. pour into 3/4oz. cup (buchito) enjoy!
Cappuccino Mariachi
2oz. cold whole milk. Add a teaspoon of chocolate syrup, two sprinkles of cinnamon, one sprinkle of nutmeg, one sprinkle of ground cloves. Add 2oz. chilled espresso. Garnish with cinnamon stick or shaved chocolate. Enjoy!
Espresso Martini
Fill you mixing tin with ice add: 2.5oz vanilla vodka 1oz chocolate liquor(gadiva) shot of espresso Shake strain into martini glass garnish with chocolate shavings, ground espresso design patterns on top with cream
